As previously mentioned, I&#8217;ve definitely put my fitness goals on the back burner. 

It felt great to lift and get some cardio in! 

I would really like to start doing cardio every morning before I start working. My parents have an elliptical upstairs but I never use it! But it&#8217;s perfect for inducing some endorphins to start off each day :)

Shoulder poppin&#8217; a little bit today. More more more!

Good morning/almost afternoon!
I feel amazing this morning!
weighed in at 141.5
my body confidence is through the roof.
I made myself a delicious breakfast of eggs with avocado and strawberries.
my knee feels 100% after resting it all day yesterday!!
busy, busy day ahead. positive vibes!

feeling much better after a workout here at home. 
Between my knee and stomach acting weird today, I decided I&#8217;d just do the Cardio Killer on NTC and then a circuit of jump rope (2 min on, 1 min rest).
Now I have errands to run!

Still in bed this morning, but I&#8217;m about to stretch and practice inversions and then hit the gym for some cardio and legs! Squats, squats, squats!

MEAN GIRLS IS ON!!!! And I&#8217;m doing ab work on the side, of course. My mom has this cool little thing that basically does the same thing has a rag on hard wood floor or a paper plate on a carpet. Works your core and arms!
