As previously mentioned, I’ve definitely put my fitness goals on the back burner.
It felt great to lift and get some cardio in!
I would really like to start doing cardio every morning before I start working. My parents have an elliptical upstairs but I never use it! But it’s perfect for inducing some endorphins to start off each day :)

Going to put on my Garmin HRM and calculate how long this will take me and how many calories I burn (just out of curiosity honestly…)
