As previously mentioned, I’ve definitely put my fitness goals on the back burner.
It felt great to lift and get some cardio in!
I would really like to start doing cardio every morning before I start working. My parents have an elliptical upstairs but I never use it! But it’s perfect for inducing some endorphins to start off each day :)

MEAN GIRLS IS ON!!!! And I’m doing ab work on the side, of course. My mom has this cool little thing that basically does the same thing has a rag on hard wood floor or a paper plate on a carpet. Works your core and arms!
