  • whole grain waffle
  • 1T chocolate cream cheese
  • 1/4 banana, mashed,¬†

spread cream cheese and banana on the waffle and you have yourself an amazing snack! :)

Long day of errands and christmas shopping (hi anthropologie bag!)
home now and sipping on a chai tea latte (just chai tea with almond milk) and eating a little clementine for dessert/a late night snack! :)

another yummy late night snack I made up on a whim! Super easy and only 120 calories.
1/4C low fat ricotta cheese
1 packet of truvia 
splash of vanilla extract
sprinkle of cinnamon
spread over 3 wasa crackers (20 calories each) and you&#8217;re set! really satisfying and the ricotta cheese is actually healthy and has protein!

Probbbbbably one of my favorite desserts. So simple!  1/2C fresh blueberries and 1/2C fresh raspberries and a chunk of dark chocolate :)  Feeling much more upbeat after a long nap! Time to digest and work out while watching the new Modern Family

A sweet treat to finish off my meal :)

Frozen banana blended with a tablespoon of better N&#8217; peanut butter and a few dark chocolate piece on top.

My mom is a genius. She made the traditional Pana Cotta for dessert but used Greek yogurt instead and topped with berries. It was SO GOOD&#8230;.


&#8230;and only 105 calories!! (plus the berries but whatever)

10 strawberries and a tablespoon of nutella.  Killed it in the gym today and ate super well! A deserved treat if I do say so myself :)

Another late night snack! (I&#8217;m loving all of my experiments!)  Celery with cinnamon yogurt dip  Mix 1/2C yogurt, 1T of powdered sugar and cinnamon with an electric mixer and whip.   Should come out with a light texture, perfect for dipping your celery or apples in!

Chose this for my dessert tonight! Stuck it in the freezer so it was a bit frozen too!  110 calories.  Now time for a little work out!
