Fitblrs with pets: what do you feed your furry friend?
Do any of you feed your pet as well as you feed yourself?
I’ve switched Penny to a grain-free diet which is supposed to help with throwing up/GI issues. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference for her!
A big thing right now is buying pet food and products that are raw.
Do any of you guys do this? Would you consider switching your pet to a raw diet? I genuinely want to hear from you!

Meal prepping for tomorrow! Day 1 of #eatclean14
-Greek yogurt with seed mix and berries
-spaghetti squash
-egg muffins
-measured out my almonds (28g per serving)
Going to the store in the morning to pick up a few extra things!
What a great response to my first challenge!
Here are just some guidelines & ideas to help you get started:
- Go grocery shop and load up on: favorite fruits & veggies, almonds & other nuts and seeds, lean protein, greek yogurt, eggs, coconut & olive oil, stevia or truvia, chia & flax, unsweetened almond milk, approved carbs & starches. See a list of “Clean Foods” here!
- Meal Prep! Measure out your goodies for on-the-go! Don’t feel like cooking up something? Meal prepping is the lazy person’s secret to staying healthy!
- Don’t underestimate yourself. If you’re eating a lot of sugary, processed things right now, it may be hard for the first few days but I promise that by the end, your tastebuds will have changed and you’ll crave healthier options.
- Inspire. This is a challenge meaning (hopefully) many people will participate! Tag photos of your clean food as #EATCLEAN14 so that we can share and inspire each other with yummy recipes!
- This contest will be held from Tuesday, March 12 to Tuesday, March 26.
- REBLOG and let your own followers know you’re dedicated to this challenge and encourage them to join!
