Not for you, Roosie 🐶  These bars by GoodGreens are the only bars I’ll eat now.  They are a local company that is taking over the market! No gross/weird ingredients and they are SO GOOOOOD. Hoping to do some work with them soon and may do a giveaway in the next month or so!

As previously mentioned, I&#8217;ve definitely put my fitness goals on the back burner. 

It felt great to lift and get some cardio in! 

I would really like to start doing cardio every morning before I start working. My parents have an elliptical upstairs but I never use it! But it&#8217;s perfect for inducing some endorphins to start off each day :)

Shoulder poppin&#8217; a little bit today. More more more!

Off to eat a delicious breakfast and then to soak up some sun on the beach!

My mom commented that this is the best I&#8217;ve ever looked in this bikini that we bought together 3 years ago. I definitely feel great in it! :)

I feel amazing this morning!
weighed in at 141.5
my body confidence is through the roof.
I made myself a delicious breakfast of eggs with avocado and strawberries.
my knee feels 100% after resting it all day yesterday!!
busy, busy day ahead. positive vibes!

Still in bed this morning, but I&#8217;m about to stretch and practice inversions and then hit the gym for some cardio and legs! Squats, squats, squats!

Woke up another lb lighter! Ideally, I’d like to lose 6 more lbs and then put on a few more lbs of muscle.
