advice! okay, im the heaviest ive ever been (163 lbs, 5'8) and i really want to lose 20-30 lbs but im just so lazy, what should i do to get my motivation up and what are your favorite exercises?
this is really hard to answer since your motivation has to come from within yourself. there is nothing I can really say to get you to that point! Just do a lot of self reflecting, I guess.
Favorite exercise is High Intensity Interval Training!
