what motivates me:
working out for my mind, not my body.
while looking good is always great, how I get my ass out of bed in the morning is knowing I need my daily dose of endorphins.
I think it’s really easy to get discouraged when you don’t see physical results after hours and hours of hard work in the gym.
Knowing that I’m fighting back against an anxiety or depression relapse with every single workout is an immediate benefit that is completely priceless to me.
